An existing building with lots of character but clearly in need of a revamp. Here we are converting the convenience store at ground and basement into 2no. 2 storey flats with generous light wells flooding natural light into the basement spaces. We are also adding an additional house unit to the side and roof dormers to improve the existing upper floor flat spaces. We are going with the traditional look exposing the existing bath stone and carrying that across to the new building elements.
